Today was my first experience at Harlem Irving Family Dental and i would like to say that Trish Stritzel and her assistant Lupe were absolutely wonderful! They let me know right off the bat they were short staffed due to a family emergency and affirmed they would do everything in their power to ensure i was taken care of and to not be alarmed by the transition between rooms.
I appreciated how they took the time to explain everything from procedures to my Xray results. They also made sure to check in throughout the appointment to confirm i was comfortable. You can really tell that they love what they do. Everything was done with such care and great attention to detail. I can’t say i’ve ever had a more pleasant experience at a dental office. And i’m genuinely looking forward to my next appointment! Side note: the receptionist was also very sweet and helpful with explaining cost estimates and scheduling. I am in awe of how good of a job the team did with my care today.

My next appointment is already scheduled. Thankful to Sandy, the hygienist, for her work ethic.
